I had a really cool dream that could be consider an encounter, hoax, or coincidence.

I believe it was year 2016. I was living in a heavily populated area with a park across the street from my apartment. I had a really rough year of going through literal hell and back. I was medicated for the first time, excessive weight gain was a side effect. I was too stubborn to take diabetic medication because i believed it built q dependency on insulin. I commonly had low blood sugar.

One weekend when my roommate was out of town. I was having a nightmare that took place in my bed. I could open my eyes but not move my body. It felt like what i believe would be diabetic coma. The dream was prolonged to the point where i thought i might have a heart attack if i do not calm down. But i was stuck in bed motionless in this dream. I was asleep on my stomach with my face facing towards my closet but not the door. after panic in the dream i became calm after awhile a tall grey alien but more light pale skin then most depictions turned me over and gave me a shot. I immediately woke up after that.

I thought wow another alien dream that one wasnt cool but at least he saved me from terror. I had to walk my little dog to park. when i got to the other end of the park there was a perfect circle singed black in the grass. I had the shivers. Since i was dealing with depression it really helped my depression because it made me feel like help is out there.

I have seen stories on youtube but any dreams would fascinate me after that circle was burned. feel free to share i am a judgement free zone.

Sounds like a classic case of Sleep Paralysis. It's an occurance when your body is between a state of sleep and wakefulness. You seem to be aware of your surroundings but you cannot move. Sometimes hallucinations can occur.

I wouldn't put too much into it.

Sleep Paralysis is the answer given when there is no scientific answer. I’d suggest you seek within. Meditate. Something has communicated with you. You may not be ready to comprehend the realities of other dimensions, but other dimensions exist. If you were already awoke, they’d call it, an out of the body experience, uninitiated, uninvited, and unprovoked. The human body is a living battery (understand), whether your AAA -AA- C or D, makes your energy a commodity. Look at it this way, if the shoe was on the other foot, would you travel to other areas of the universe and check out other species, for fun, for the sport, or scientific research, if it were possible? There is so much we don’t see, like animals do. There is so much that exists, that when something like a dream occurs and seem real, it’s not always your imagination.

What specific dimensions are you referring to?

Dreams are not communication from others. Makes for an interesting story, but no reality basis otherwise.
