I think the article is correct in suggesting that the best way to get international protection for the historical Apollo landing sites and the equipment remaining there is to try to extend the World Heritage site designation protection off world to the Moon. It might off course require a change in the title of "World Heritage ", one possibility might be "Humanity Heritage"
