Ares I instument section contacted out to Boeing

Just saw on NASA TV the announcement of contact award to Boeing on the instrument module of the Ares I rocket. <br /><br />I guess it makes sense since Boeing also has the upper stage this module sits on.<br /><br />I wonder where it will be fabricated.
