Earlier today, I stumbled across this rather intriguing look at possible ways to use the Ares V for an assortment of astrophysics missions that aren't possible using today's launch vehicles.<br /><br />It led me to wonder if the assembled brain trust here had given much thought to how the vehicle might be used -- above and beyond the planned lunar missions.
