will a black hole destroy earth in 2012?

No. Well at least not yet, despite my best efforts. Alas the IGAFNPBH has consistently refused my request to have a spare one routed in this direction ... strictly for scientific research I assure you. I'm appeaing to the Council for Productive Use of Small Singularities (CPUSS) but I'm not holding much hope for them to reply in the affirmative.

This question has been answered in a half dozen other threads. I'd suggest you should spend some time looking around the site for 2012 threads. No black hole is coming anywhere near us anytime soon. In fact, it's quite likely that no black hole will ever come near us.

In the meantime, I am going to close this one. I'd suggest you spend a little time looking around to find one of the many other 2012 topics.

There are threads in Space Science and Astronomy, Ask the Astronomer, and where most of them wind up, in The Unexplained. Look around a little.
