Supermassive black hole’s mysterious hiccups' likely caused by neighboring black hole's 'punches

This is an example that turns the "last parsec" problem of mergers on its head. It is already orbiting so close that they have trouble fitting its mass influence within the 10^5 solar radius or 10^11 km or 600 au the SMBH influences and not having it merge too quickly. Perhaps having a merger flow of these quasi-stably orbiting smaller objects is part of the problem solution.
