Blue Marble images via MODIS

NASA has posted some great images (2048x2048) of the Earth generated from NASA’s Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer, or MODIS, flying on the Terra satellite. They look great as wall paper on my monitor!<br /><br />http://visibleearth.nasa.gov/view_rec.php?id=2429
