Burns or scorch marks on Dragon capsule

Can someone tell me what processes will take place in the refurbishment of the capsule to remove the burn marks or scorched appearance of the Dragon capsule for the next flight. I am interested to know how it is done and whether the capsule will look almost new again before lift off?

The capsule is going to be disassembled and checked as a part of the certification process. Later capsules will probably skip this and use an automated check, somewhat like your car new or refurbished parachutes will be installed, and the outside will be washed. The heat shield in this first one will be replaced. Later, there will be some sort of evaluation for when the head shield needs replacing. It ablates as the brake pads on your car do.
The washing will be much like the same washing on the Falcon 9 Boosters. It will probably be a bit dingy.
