Why does it says its a webcam? its not live, it looks very similar to msss weekly weather update. <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>

It is not a sophistcated camera, basically a webcam, but as you say, it is not live, because it has to use the same resources as the rest of the equipment on board Mars Express.
