One problem with the film footage presented is these are singular observations recorded apparently and not repeatable observations, over, and over again. Since Galileo used his telescope to observe Jupiter and the Galilean moons, we have more than 400 years of continued telescope observations showing the same thing today at Jupiter. UFO/UAPs reports and recordings have nothing like this track record in science.

So basically what your saying is If an asteroid or comet like Oumuamua was observed and since no one can agree what it was it did not happen?

William Kacensky, that is a good observation, however, no, I am not saying what you did, it has nothing to do with agreeing what a UFO/UAP is - but repeated observations of the same UFO/UAP event. Oumuamua according to Wikipedia, was observed and documented in the solar system for an 80-day period of time, so many telescope observations confirmed this object and its path. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ʻOumuamua

Asteroids from repeated measurements of the same asteroid over time are well documented too including some measured by radar that pass close by Earth - not just something that pops in for a quick visit and then disappears. What you mention here, demonstrates the difference between sightings of Oumuamua and asteroids compared with UFO/UAP sightings. It seems to me at least, that UFO/UAP sightings, do not have the same UFO/UAP tracked over days for example, to plot their paths. Asteroids and Oumuamua do.
