just pitching in to give praise to <i>Quartermass and the Pit</i>, one of my favorite scifi movies. I also got to see the original black & white TV version, almost identical to the movie but with a few more scenes and lesser special FX. it was also made into a play, I read somewhere.<br /><br />sorry I cant help with the nameless movie mystery. Hey, I remember Moona Lisa! She was actually a newscaster on a local station in San Diego; I remember being floored when I found out that this reporter was the same person as my favorite character on Saturday TV at 4:00pm! If it was really scary, I hid behind the sofa.

do you have any more clues? Not much that I remember. Movie was black and white. I think the house was on a cliff when the spaceship picked it up. I remember a man and a lady. Maybe a third person. In the ship were many boxes on the walls that looked like post office boxes. I also remember the people finding a "tool" that opened the boxes. Some of the items were survival needs. It's been a long time so I don't remember more.

how do i find out the name of a movie im looking for? i think its from the 70's or 80's,and i think david soul was in itits about this town and a motel where these people wear hoods and the one girl is a mute because her tongue was cut out,but anyway this guy is looking for his friend who went to this town but no one has heard fron him,so is buddy(david soul i think)goes looking for him,he rents a room in this strange motel and there were secret passages in the walls,and at the end of the movie the he goes threw one of the secret passages and it leads to a grave yaed and he see's his friend caring a gigantic gross and he had his eyes taken out
