Hi everyone - I am a new user to the forums..

I am halfway though a degree in Physics with Astrophysics at the moment, and during this summer I would love to get an internship or something similar in the space industry.

Is this realistic? Where would I begin?

Many thanks for any replies posted!

Kop442000

Here at my school internships are usually arranged through our career planning and placement office. If your school does not have one you will have to find a way to negotiate them yourself. Since you are from the UK you might want to consider an internship with the ESA. a second of work with google turned up a bunch of stuff about internships in space related field. And one in particular is information about internships and careers with the European Space Agency. now get going and good luck.

fingle

May be worth trying the Satellite Company at Surrey University aswell, although being on campus it will be tough competition to get in.

ESA will be difficult as 99% is out of the UK.
