Intuitive Machines picks SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket to launch its moon lander for NASA

Catastrophe

"Science begets knowledge, opinion ignorance.
"Intuitive Machines is a private company".

At the risk of getting bogged down in semantics, I suggest imho that intuitive machines as such do not exist. My view is that any machine has to be programmed and, even if you program it to program itself, this is not intuition. Undoubtedly many will disagree.

Cat :)

intuitive

using or based on what one feels to be true even without conscious reasoning; instinctive.
"his intuitive understanding of the readers' real needs"

I would maintain that a computer cannot feel something to be true.

Enter semantics.

Hardly surprising that the company has picked Space X to launch its lander to the Moon; with their reusable rocket technology Space X must be providing highly competitive launch prices, the other traditional launch providers with their more costly non-reusable launchers must be getting very nervous about Space X dominating the launch market.
