Hi averygoodspirit: Since no light eacapes the event horizon, we can't tell if it has a spin. Did you perhaps intend to say Kerr type black holes do not have a spinning accreation disk?<br />The acreation disk just out the event horizon of a midsize black hole would produce gamma photons so blue changing to white is to be expected a bit farther out. There would be no perception of spining, unless the accreation disk had some objects large enough to see, and they might be spinning too fast to see. Neil
