Only theory is if there ever were water planets exploding for this to happen which would be good for an old theory i called outer space nature. Im wondering if its possible for this?

Liquid water cannot exist in zero pressure, it’s either a vapor or a solid. A big drop of water cannot form near a star, it remains vapor. Below 0 C, it would condense as ice. An icy body which would wander close to a star would sublime directly to vapor, hence comets.
