It's amazing how everything is made

If you think about it, matter is just energy. It's amazing how everything is made, you and me, trees, rock, everything, of just a little bit of stuff and mostly empty space. If it weren't for the energy of the atomic forces all the atoms in a person would fall to the ground in a small heap. There’s lots of space between the stuff that makes up matter. This process is also seen in solar systems, galaxies and the universe as a whole. Could you possibly conceive of a more economical use of material? When we build a house, we take 2 x 4’s and place them 16” on center and skin it with drywall. Thus, the solid wall is really hollow. However, we don’t even come close to the economical way matter is arranged.
