To me, the entire construction of the Unit was not right. Totally unlike a US Build.

Seems odd that any sort of important payload was put on the "first flight" of a new vehicle design. The success rates of "first flights" are known to be poor. So, why wasn't this vehicle tested with a dummy payload - maybe even a Tesla roadster?
