Hello everyone. Below is a link to my latest video of Jupiter, actually, its my first Jupiter video. The GRS was cool to watch go across the disk so I started shooting it in both widefield and zoom in mode. I took the shots with a Takahashi 130 and homemade ccd on a CG5 tripod. The video is 3 meg so modem users beware. It is best to download it before viewing it.

Clear Skyz, LA

http://mysite.verizon.net/armicheal/videos/videogal/080719.avi

Replying to:

Love the different angle.

Thanks, I found that transitioning from low mag to high mag was troublesome when trying to present it in a video and actually the answer came to me in a Hollywood movie, Terminator 2. I used Morphing technology to make the transition possible. It provided the seamless blend from widefield to closeup.

Clear Skyz, LA
