Login In Problems
Why is it that after two years, the programmers have been unable to fix what should be a relatively simple problem? Recently, SDC kept me logged on for 3 days in a row. Now it logs me out 2-3 times a day, and each time I try to log on I get the “I’m sorry, that login name and password combination do not exist” message. That combination has existed for a very long time, nothing has changed. Having this happen a few times in the beginning was one thing. Now, the total time wasted on reentering login information and waiting twice can be measured in dozens of hours total.
Please ask the programmers to fix this bug. Thank you.
