You continue to persist in your opinion and justify it using only evidence that you can make fit while ignoring any conflicting evidence and new data. That's just plain "not right" any way you slice it.

I put on my robe and wizard hat...

Replying to:

Why don't you put up a really nice, detailed image of "The Face" on your site which was taken with much more advanced equipment? I cropped one out of a huge jpeg2000 image just for this thread and posted a page or so ago"...The 9kx9k pixel, 48meg cropped image of the Face is here: http://www.mediafire.com/?y2jdmx1ecn9 ..."There you go. Put that on your website.Or, would a detailed image of the formation of rock ruin the entire conspiracy theory you're wallowing in? Would you then have lost a valuable and somewhat self-defining portion of your life if you simply acknowledged you were wrong?
Posted by a_lost_packet_

Love the detail in that image - thanks for posting it.

I am not sure what is meant when a claim was made that it was FALSE?

Don't let who you are keep you from becoming who you want to be!

I don't do opinions.

There are problems with the MRO version of the Face regardless of image size. There is a huge difference between the HRSC and the MRO images of Cydonia. This difference has nothing to do with spatial resolution. Yes, They do conflict with eachother....They should not.......

Both the MRO/HiRise and the HRSC are quite fine instruments.......I have compare other images from both of these cameras....These images are what I expected.....

The Cydonia images are a different story.

I have experimented with the individual RGB channels of the Mars Express images.....The colors do not change much.

I am quite familiar with filters and all its aspects......Again, The colors do not change much....

No more experiments....Color is still color....I am not going to argue what color is Blue...Or the processes of its creation.

So, Again.....This image

http://marsesa.9f.com/slide_shows/Image_Processing/CYD272c.jpg

Should not differ from this image (It will be shown upside down....The official NASA/MRO/HiRise way):

http://marsesa.9f.com/slide_shows/Cydonia_Images/PSP_003234_2210_RGB.jpg

Again, This difference has nothing to do with camera types or resolution factors....I am talking about both minor and major DETAILS of the "Face".....I should see the same image regardless of spatial ground resolution...Wether it be 3ft or 45ft....Especially when talking about an object thousands of feet long....
