>>When is Dan scheduled to return?

During the recent post-EVA news conference, I recall that both sides of the event raised the idea of keeping Dan on the station during the problems with the SARJ and BGA, as it seems he is very knowledgeable about these systems. However, he was scheduled to come down with Atlantis, and because of the launch being delayed, managers said that they do not intend to keep him up there longer than possible. I cannot imagine that there is any thought now of keeping him on orbit longer than the 1-E mission.

I hope this trend stops - last week Clay Anderson (FE-2 Exp 15) lost his mother to cancer.

As to how long Tani will be up there - nominally until 1E as pointed out. However, if 1E starts slipping really bad, it is possible 1 J/A could leap frog.

Not lightly to stop, we're losing the "greatest generation" due to old age.

"SCE to AUX" - John Aaron, curiosity pays off

That had to be very hard for Dan. No such thing as Emergency Leave from LEO.
"2012.. Year of the Dragon!! Get on the Dragon Wagon!".
