NASA Perplexed at Trail of Mishaps

Now I haven't had the opportunity to work for NASA yet ;-(<br /><br />But it seems as it is simple as that there is a feeling that the people at the floor isn't part of the mission! Now this could be a strategy from the very top to keep costs down and to flow the funds to HW and specialists. Break this and grow a team instead to find the program to be a great succes! Easy isn't it when you don't have to be better than your neighbour!<br /><br />Brgds / IW<br />
