Need clarification on Nibiru..??

I have been reading about planet Nibiru as of late and I have some questions.

Is this a real planet?

Does it orbit a brown dwarf?

Where is the closest know brown dwarf relative to our star?

Does Nibiru have an orbit that crosses our inner planets orbits?

Is Nibiru fiction?
