Hi,

Every object in a state of uniform motion tends to remain in that state of motion unless an external force is applied to it.

It seems, Earth is facing external force. (moon's gravity, sun's force) How does this law differ with earth's uniform motion?

The earths motion is not uniform, for the reason you described. We orbit the sun (more or less) so our motion is constantly changing.

Does any object in the space have uniform motion?

Technically, no, since all objects are affected by the gravity of all the other things in the Universe.
