Pretty straight forward copy & paste from ULA's pages:

Rocket/Payload: Atlas V launching the commercial Intelsat-14 satellite on behalf of Lockheed Martin Space Launch Services.

Date/Launch Time/Site: Nov.14, with a launch window of 12:48-2:18 a.m. EST from Space Launch Complex-41, Cape Canaveral AFS, Fla. If the launch scrubs, the launch window for a second launch attempt on Nov. 15 is the same.

Launch Notes: This is fifth Atlas V launch of 2009 and the 18th overall launch in Atlas V program history. With the Intelsat-14 launch, half of the Atlas V launches will have been commercial missions. This mission, designated AV-024, will be launched aboard an Atlas V 431 configuration using a Common Core Booster powered by an RD-180 engine, three Aerojet strap-on solid rocket motors, a Centaur upper stage powered by a Pratt & Whitney-manufactured RL10 engine and a 4-meter diameter fairing.

Payload Description: The Intelsat-14 spacecraft will provide high-powered video and data services through its 40 C-band and 22 Ku-band payload to customers throughout the Americas, Europe and Africa. It will replace the Intelsat IS-1R satellite once it’s operational. Intelsat-14 was built by Space Systems/Loral and also hosts a payload for the Internet Router in Space, or IRIS program, for the Department of Defense.

Re: Nov.14 Atlas V - Intelsat-14

One of the very few actual commercial launches from US soil in the last five years. Even the europeans are beating the pants off us in commercial launch business, and they only work 35 hours a week! If I were NASA, that's what I'd be worried about, not all this foolishness about another race to the moon.
