Do we have any kind of space crafts like cameras or satellites that have flown more than one light year away? And if so can it send back images of Earth in the past due to distance?

Not even close. The furthest man-made object from Earth is Voyager 1. It is currently around 14 Billion miles from Earth. One light-year over 5.8 Trillion miles. That makes Voyager 1 approximately one-quarter of one percent (0.25%) of one light-year from Earth.
