Outgassing and ice outside STS 48 (1991)

In another forum I was told that this movie:<br /><br />http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YJnLLRreIsU&mode=related&search=<br /><br />"Featured an laser beam being shot from Australia against unidentified objects near Discovery STS 48 UARS mission." ( !!!! )<br /><br />Of course these are ice particles being blown by the vernier and RCS thrusters.<br /><br />My point is: Is this *entire* video original or was this manipulated?<br /><br />Thanks.<br /><br />
