This is kind of a random question but I was watching a documentary on Neptune. And they say the winds there average around 750mph and up to 1000+mph. I was wondering how do clouds form in that kind of speed? If we could see them from the ground of Neptune would clouds look they are moving extremely fast unlike here on earth where they seem to barely move! Do we know if Neptune has a solid ground or not? <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>
