Planet of the Apes biology problem

In <i>Conquest of the Planet of the Apes</i>, we see all apes already can walk upright readily. This is very tough for all non-human primates. Only humans have the required locking knee.<br /><br />Furthermore, all apes learn to talk -- not just those decended from Ceasar.
