I heard that celestial objects such as stars n' all make sound that only certain insturments pick up. is this true, and if it is is there a website that will have the noises for people to listen.

Celestial objects can make sound waves in the medium around them. We cannot pick them up directly here for many reasons:

1) There is no medium for sound waves to travel through to get here.
2) Even if there was, it would take a near infinite amount of time for sound to get from even a close star to here.

What we can do is watch the vibrations through telescopes and then recreate the sounds that would be caused by these vibrations. Typically, and in particular for black holes, they are many octaves below human hearing. To allow us to hear them, they are usually then shifted up in frequency.

if the black holes and such are many octaves below what the human can hear now. When the universe was younger would sounds created by such celestial objects be higher? just a thought

If the sound depended on the object's age, then I would say that younger objects put out a higher frequency. I know nothing of this topic, but I wouldn't think that age has anything to do with the vibrations that it puts out.

I would predict that it matters more on the object's energy output. Blackholes release exorbitant amounts of energy, so it would almost make more sense that they would release higher frequences.

Again, I know nothing of this topic, just guessing

Techies: We do it in the dark.

"Put your hand on a stove for a minute and it seems like an hour.
