Okay, not technically a planet, but since we're pretty sure there's water under the ice layer on Europa, I'd love to see a probe landed there and drill down to see if anything's come to life down there. It's one thing to find evidence of ancient life on Mars, but extant life on a Jovian moon? You'd want to start looking around for a big black monolith! 😁

I agree with all of the other people who want to explore Venus! Mars is interesting, but it seems to me that we could learn a lot more by visiting a more dynamic planet. And the technology developed to make long-term study a possibility would likely prove to be a huge boon to us here on Earth.

I admit that it would be fun to explore the moons that may harbor life, but I think that fact may prohibit us from being permitted to study them, so so as not to contaminate them or change the delicate chemistry on which that life depends.

The next planet I'd like to see explored is Pluto - and yes, it's a planet, dammit. 😠

'Had no idea there was likely an ocean beneath its ice, but yeah. An ocean! And I'm thinking it'd be a really cool place (pun if you want one,) for some serious winter sports like snowmobiling and slow-mo downhill skiing, or at minimum opening at least one good, solid pub - for weary travelers on their way to Babylon 5. ;)

I'm looking forward to 2050 to explore the UPS planet. That would be the colonized Mars - United Planetary States. I predict that in 30 years the Red Planet will no longer be the same. And the flag of Japan will be its official flag. I imagine telling stories to my grand kinds - "there was a time when this planet wasn't so green and blue colored, but RED".
