Time Warp

If you mean small worm holes, say a mile in diameter, and we assume they would be stable, and we assume they aren't in the path of, say, NYC, and whatever formed the wormholes isn't either malicious or becoming exponentially productive, I'd say they would be useful and not harmful.

Universe is from 1 dimension to 7 dimension, and the most matter is, currently in 2, 3, 4, 5 dimension. Warp means, split or joining of photons in a photon ring. By split * 2, you goes towards higher dimension, and by joining it /2, to lower space-time dimension.
