If there were 20 open time warps around our universe, what damage would they do to Earth and the universe?

How do you think they would be useful?If you mean small worm holes, say a mile in diameter, and we assume they would be stable, and we assume they aren't in the path of, say, NYC, and whatever formed the wormholes isn't either malicious or becoming exponentially productive, I'd say they would be useful and not harmful.

Warp means, split or joining of photons in a photon ring. By split * 2, you goes towards higher dimension, and by joining it /2, to lower space-time dimension.
