If there were 20 open time warps around our universe, what damage would they do to Earth and the universe?

What damage does a "time warp" produce? This is not exactly a question that can be answered since we lack the knowledge to perform such a thing.

If you mean small worm holes, say a mile in diameter, and we assume they would be stable, and we assume they aren't in the path of, say, NYC, and whatever formed the wormholes isn't either malicious or becoming exponentially productive, I'd say they would be useful and not harmful.

Universe is from 1 dimension to 7 dimension, and the most matter is, currently in 2, 3, 4, 5 dimension. Warp means, split or joining of photons in a photon ring. By split * 2, you goes towards higher dimension, and by joining it /2, to lower space-time dimension.

Seems to be in the realm of mathematical physics, haven’t seen any physical evidence of such a thing.

is mathematical physics not imaginary? The manipulation of numbers rather than discussing facts? Otherwise it would be scientific = observation based physics?
