"Liftoff is at 3:13 a.m. EST (0513 GMT).
A veteran Falcon 9 rocket will launch the Starlink satellites from Space Launch Complex 40 at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The rocket will make its sixth trip to space and is the same one SpaceX used to first launch astronauts for NASA on the Demo-2 mission in 2020.
The rocket's payload fairing is being reflown as well. One half of the nose cone fairing was used to launch the European Sentinel-6A satellite while the other launched two separate commercial satellite missions.

SpaceX is targeting Thursday, March 11 for launch of 60 Starlink satellites from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. The instantaneous window is at 3:13 a.m. EST or 8:13 UTC."

Seems 03:13 EST is both 05:13 GMT and 08:13 UTC at the same "time". Who would have ever have thought that?

No it isn't. That's wrong. Water on the Moon, and all other planets and moons was either deposited by comet impacts or present when they formed from the proto-planetary cloud, around 4.6 billion years ago. It is not from the water evaporating from the Earth! Where do you think the water on the Earth is from?
