From a female character the sexiest person is

prue Halliwel from Charmed. Wow

But to be honest it was just an quick decision. They are all too sexy everyones female choice. Never could make a decision in a million years

This is one of those threads that I try to avoid reading until I have an answer. I put Pitch Black into the DVD player today and decided to look and see if Radha Mitchell was listed here yet. She was the pilot; definately a babe!

The only names I can think of off-hand for TV/movies that haven't been mentioned are:

Eva Haberman (the first Zev, Lexx)
Vanessa Angel (Freya/Anise, SG-1)
Jennifer Connelly (Anna, Dark City)
Carrie-Ann Moss (Trinity, The Matrix)
Michelle Pfeiffer (Isabeau, Ladyhawke)
Motoko Kusinagi (The Major, Ghost in the Shell)
Sean Young (Rachel, Blade Runner)
Sigourney Weaver (Ellen Ripley, Alien et. al.)
Ellen Barkin (Penny Priddy, The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai)

EDIT------------
Oops, I remembered several additional names that should not be left out.

I would have to say Hudson liek, as Calisto but Xena wasn't scifi, then again niether is the lord of the rings.
I guess for Scifi I'd have to say Frances Sternhagen in Outland as Dr Lazarus with Sean Connery as O'niel.

Oh and Vogon did Riker ever Boff his own clone? I always figured him for doing something like that.

Yeah, I always thought that Hudson Leik was hotter than Lucy Lawless or Renee O'Connor.

You gotta admit, she plays a psycho pretty well...maybe a little too well.

I'm dating myself, but I have to at least mention Anne Francis in 1956's Forbidden Planet.
Pretty risque for the time

But the Krell forgot one thing John. You'll go blind doing that!

As for Anne Francis? I forgot about her... yeah, she was definitely a looker. Delightfully daring, too.

Mere precedent is a dangerous source of authority.

-Andrew Jackson (1767-1845)

I know I'm basically repeating what has allready been said but:

The girls from Firefly. What more needs to be said. Wow... Just wow!

Jolene Blaylock. However, I didn't like the short hair they had her in. But I couldn't wait untill they showed her in long hair, I mean she's just like a visual punch in the face.

Linda Park. Also from Enterprise. While they overshadowed her with Jolene in the show, I think that, despite this, she held her own. Favorite episode with her in it: the one where she's crawling through a duct space and her shirt gets caught on something and ripped off. Absolute exellence.

So, again we are defeated. This victory belongs to the farmers, not us.

-Kambei Shimada from the movie Seven Samurai
