#1 more efficient propulsion:
#2 insuto resource utilization:
#3 using the Moon as an anchor and in conjunction with telescopes & equipment on Earth in order to monitor activity in the outer solar system and Oort cloud, thus providing a significant increase in information regarding objects like Oumuamua that was quite possibly the remnants of an
civilization. It should remain a common cause for humankind to be able to spot such objects as they are entering our solar system, not when they are leaving our solar system as was the case with Oumuamua.
#4 The Moon provides a scalable solution to measuring the interaction between the magnetospheres and gravitospheres of the various parts of our solar system. By utilizing quantum computers in the process of mapping our solar system through the conjoined concept of Electric, Magnetic and Gravitational interference in the space time continuum(?), we may find completely new ways to measure so called 'Gluons' and also oberseve objects at further distance without needing to rely solely on telescopes for Long Range Detection. Furthermore, if we can place an EMG interference network; Perhaps all the way out to Vesta (location, tilt angle and cryogenic ressources) we may be able to detect Quantum Flux at new levels suitable for Technological applications: For example in Advanced Propulsion & Energy, Active Radiation Shielding & maybe: 'Gluon' bending of space(?)
#5 in the same way we define space as the space inbetween stuff, it does not have a measurable temperature on its own, however, it remains quite likely that a similar concept could be applied to advanced propulsion, given enough information on changes in Myon activity resulting from the EMG network interacting with the solar system; as we would have more than 1 frame of reference: the utilization of Celestial Objects in conjunction with Earth could open up for new ways of understanding the fundamentals of Technology like Advanced Fusion Propulsion.
6# Modern Day Quantum Computers should be able to detect Flux during the interaction by feeding the various frames of reference into the Quantum Matrix and hopefully provide a common 'equation' for 'bending' space with 'gluons' through the utilization of the vast energy stored in our solar systems magnetic and gravitational "Slingshot". Rather than relying on brute force in the realm of chemical propulsion, we could begin to properly understand and map the magnetic Flux lines of our solar system & its parts in relation to the gravitational ones and thereby provide an estimate to building expenses associated with near-term fusion powered EMG drives. Having a basic understanding for not only the "gravitational interplanetary highway" but also the magnetic one - in relation to each other - should provide Quantum Computers with the Data required to point our telescopes in the right direction long before any larger object would be able to pose a threat to Earth.
#7 More international contests for space technology in both the Technological (practical and theoretical realms) and Art, whether it be games, music, drawings, animations, interactive multiple choice questions etc.
#8 I believe it would be wise to pursue an international effort in Planetary Defense regarding Asteroids and Aliens (?) Alike. The EMG network would provide a buffer to the detection time of objects in proximity to our solar system and our planet, and Quantum Computers could then provide the most wonderful experiences of scientific breakthroughs in the form of data regarding how Electricity, Magnetism and Gravity interacts at the Macroscopical plane of existence. Perhaps it may even give us the time required to alter the trajectory of a potential "planet buster" asteroid even if it doesn't originate from inside our solar system. & if the EMG would function as intended, perhaps we could deflect asteroids using only the absolute minimum amount of chemical propulsion in the process.
9# Establish the Union of Worlds / Interstellar Diplomatic Council with any friendly alien species that we may find in our galactic neighborhood; or at the very least prepare incase our galactic neighborhood is not so friendly.
