Would you rely on a plasma window in space?

What if a whole vessel would be contained in a magnetic field, which would shape plasma shield around outside skin ?
Something like magnetic sail, just smaller, more like Mini-Magnetospheric Plasma Propulsion.

I would rely on such a thing, if i'd see it working, which might be a bit of a problem in the atmosphere. Having no other choice might also influence my decision.

With plasma running across an opening , how close could you get to it before something happened , and what exactly would happen if you got to close , electric shock ? heat type burn ? radiation burn ?

I wouldn't want to lean on that window :roll:
