Antimatter is it between atoms in those honeycomb gaps or what is there in the vacuum?

I thought of a cool way we might be able to obtain antimatter or sub atomic particles I apologize for any impossibilities I only took Chem 1 in college but excelled.

I have a theory antimatter can be found in the vacuum of molecules bonds.

For example let's say gold atoms combine. This theory involves making a filter out of plastic or some metal like substance if we can make a good filter using hydrogen atoms or a small atom so larger atoms will not fit through the filter.

Let's say theoretically we make an atom filter now destroy bonds of a substance of atoms. Will anything filter through the small filter?

If we can find the voltage where oxygen and hydrogen break apart from water we could theoretically use either small flow to create a filter. using a thin layer in a pressure chamber with hydrogen on one side and oxygen on the other. Would a semi permeable membranes have atoms sneak through to complete their bonds.

This chamber could have a pressure button in the middle that pushes to the side with less pressure this will make increasing pressure easier

If water forms on either side of the plastic button then we can assume atoms went through.

The atom filter will be made using various pressure of substance and warm heated plastic with a pressure system allowing plastic not to break.

Once we can suck atoms through we will use microscopic tubes that can put plenty of atom holes via pressurized oxygen and pressurized hydrogen in attempts to make the plastic semi permeable

It is possible this would be a perfect water filter just add necessary minerals to drink pure water is acidic
