Apollo 11 tapes found?

seems to state that the lost original Apollo 11 tapes were found in Australia. But the article is not very specific about exactly what was found. Were these the "slow-scan" 300 line, 10 fps, 500 hz tapes on 14 inch reels recorded directly from the downlink from the moon? Or are they a mid-level quality NTSC tapes that are somewhat better quality than what most of the world saw while it was happening live?

The material is scan converted video. No SSTV tapes have been found other than one from an Apollo 9 SIM. It does stem from the tape search conducted a few years ago, and does yield much better quality than what is on the kinescopes at NASA. It is a sneak peek, if you will, of the restored video - though not an official NASA event.
