Question Dragon Capsule

It appears there is some technical reason behind what was taking place after the flawless splashdown of Dragon Capsule today. I have two questions:

• Why does traces of MMH and NTO vapors were found in the cylinder storage space between the outer and inner hatch covers. Was it a fitting was leaking?
• Could the residual fuels have self ignited.
• Does it a single point of failure event?

I would like hear the expert comments on these. Thank you. Pete.

I am guessing NASA and Space X is looking into this issue and doing an through internal investigation with a fine tooth comb! perhaps going over the FMECA findings.
Assume all the sensory and power operated devices (solenoids etc.,) installed in this section, are all Exe and Exi rated.
