Entry Flight Director.........

Great message boards. First time poster here...but I have been heavily following this mission. I was wondering if anyone caught the entry flight director briefing...fell asleep and missed it. Seems like an interesting guy....I know he was the fd for Columbia. Is there a link of his briefing anywhere. Does anyone know more about him? And in terms of all flight directors for the man space program...how high are they in terms of the Nasa hierarchy...what kinds of traits do you need..and do they get a high salary? Thanks. <br />Live in So. Cal and stepped outside early this morning to see the shuttle pass right over my head. It was great.
