Well, having calculated all classes of transistors, this sounds cool, but I have been hearing about NEW replacement transisters for long time here and there over the years and there is still nothing on market to replace silcone. There was a big deal about diamonds transistors about 10 years ago but nothing ever happened. I would buy stock based on HP other products and not this article. I would wait and follow the technology, then buy up before they release a comsumer device. IMO, I would say it will take at least 10-25 years before we see something real that will replace silcone on the market.

Find and latch onto a research firm that is working on quantum computing. That is the future.
