Is r solar system a mini star cluster system?

Is r solar system a mini star system?  Is this possibly a way of classifing r solar system?  The ratio is for this type of system.  We have four gas giants and our sun.  Compared with four inner rocky planets not including the outermost pluto (which has recently been taken off the planet list.  Could it be a mini star cluster?

<p>Not to mention that the nearest object that&nbsp; can be classified as a star is over 4 light years distance from our Sun.&nbsp; Well beyond any gravitational interaction that would be deemed statistically significant.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Now...
