Lagrange Missions

I was tempted to merge these two threads together but they are not related enough...

Does anyone know what other missions have gone to the various Lagrange points in any 2-body system - be it sun/earth or Earth/Moon or Sun/Mercury etc? Have we done any exploration of what potential debris fields might exist at any of the various lagrange points? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
