Is there oxygen in mars like earth? Can we breath like what we did on earth?

There are plenty of oxygen atoms, unfortunately they are bound to carbon atoms to form carbon dioxide. There is very little gaseous oxygen in the atmosphere, certainly not enough to breathe.

fang is correct. The atmospheric pressure of Mars is only 1 part in 200 as compared to Earth. That makes it's air pressure 0.07 pounds per square inch instead of the 14 that we're used to at sea level. Additionally most of it, 95%, is composed of carbon dioxide, not free oxygen, for what little atmosphere there is. The free oxygen component is almost below our ability to detect at 0.13%. Since Earth's atmosphere is 20% oxygen, its atmosphere is 150 times as concentrated in oxygen as Mars is, and it has 200 times as much atmosphere to begin with. Therefore a cubic meter of Earth's atmosphere would have 30,000 times as much oxygen as a cubic meter of Martian atmosphere.

You wouldn't be happy trying to breathe it.

http://observe.arc.nasa.gov/nasa/exhibits/mars/voyage/atmos.html
