Darn! I was hoping it was about the Real Great Moon Hoax of 1835...

http://www.historybuff.com/library/refmoon.html

I remember reading that Sir John Herschel was amused by it all. But he later became annoyed when he repeatedly had to answer questions about it from many laymen as well as cranks. No record of him clocking anyione like good old Buzz...

Posted by CalliArcale

I've been a big fan of Mythbusters since their first season. I went there once, forgot what it was about though. Several posters had already mentioned it so I didn't post. They have a good crew following them that looks to keep them honest. There are also some things/corrections/suggestions that get so "esoteric" that the audience might not find it entertaining. I can understand them putting such corrections on the back burner. I'm like the audience; I find it entertaining and enjoy the show very much. If I want "esoteric" I'll watch NOVA or something.

However, I have very high expectations of this episode! It's not just entertainment, it's a public service announcment! :)

I put on my robe and wizard hat...
