Name this space series

Hey<br /><br />A few years ago I saw this mini series, and I'm having a hard time remembering its name. I have looked and looked for it on the net but can't seem to find it.<br /><br />Description:<br /><br />The series is kinda presented like a documentary, it focuses on the first exploration of our solar system, by these astronaughts. I think they were from the european space agency. Anyway, each episode shows the crew of this vessel exploring a new planet system. <br /><br />They end off with pluto, and come back. <br /><br />I would bet that the series was released after 1998, and i would go so far as to say after 2000, as i can remember the special effects seemed to be decent. I wish i could give more information....<br /><br /><br />Any ideas?

I saw that on the Science channel and to me it seemed like a anti-human in space program.... That is how I see it..
