You know, there's a pretty big stigma around that whole Nazi thing, in case nobody noticed. It's SUCH a stigma that in Germany, you can go to prison for anything that remotely resembles denying the Holocaust or identifying oneself with the Nazi Party.
So here we have this rocket scientist who (unfortunately) happens to be a Republican Candidate running for office. Now I have to ask y'all. Exactly how did it never occur to him that someone might have issues with him donning a Waffen SS uniform and playing Jew Killer in some Nazi re-enactment that allegedly was a father-son bonding opportunity?
Come ON. And this dude is running for Office under a Party already accused of being closet Nazi's and Fascists by the Looney Left. You know, if I'M the RNC Honcho, dudes like this are gonna be thrown under the bus before their crap can see the light of day and certainly be eliminated before the damn Democrats can make political hay of this.
Doc, God knows (wait. I'm an Atheist) I love ya, but this goes way beyond what might be considered at the level of the hundreds of Civil War re-enactments that happen every year in America. I'm not even passing moral; judgment here. All I'm pointing out is that the Republicans MIGHT want to find and support candidates who more closely identify with the majority of reasonable,Moderate Americans. I don't think SS role-players identify Moderate America.
Republican Feet must look like Swiss Cheese. Defeat from the Jaws of Victory..................
