The full scope of the next gen CEV after the first capsules is still undecided therefore we can't say that it is faulting in principle as well since we actually do not have an actual prototype that was designed and built for that phase of space exploration.<br /><br />We can debate this over and over and until concrete funding is set for a primary design we still don't even know what the CEV is gonna be yet let alone look like...<br /><br />
