When it comes to Gaia stellar parallax measurements, I find various reports indicate accuracy to perhaps 1 mas or close to 3300 ly distance. Some other reports suggest 10,000 ly distance limit, e.g. https://phys.org/news/2020-11-long-standing-mysteries-parallaxes-astronomy.html

Beside the U, V, W velocities of stars, the stellar parallax is critical to determine the distance measurement too.
